For every 3 refine levels, ATK +6, ASPD +3%. When refined to +7, increases damage of Round Trip by an additional 15%. When refined to +9, reduces cooldown of Fire Rain by 2 seconds, increases damage of Fire Rain by 20%. When refined to +11, increases damage of Round Trip by an additional 25%, and when using Platinum Altar, increases damage of Fire Rain by 25% for 10 seconds.
