Description
Also called Cocoa, a plant native to warm regions, classified as a dicotyledonous tree in the Malvales order. Harvesting and drying its fruit yields cacao beans, which when roasted and ground become cacao paste. Pressing cacao paste extracts fat, producing cocoa powder, and the extracted fat is called cocoa butter. Adding milk flavorings to the cacao paste and solidifying it creates chocolate. Weight: 2
