1. 01

   Apply and submit the proof

   Speak to Michael Halig, choose to prepare for the Holy War and accept the test. He assigns one set A–C; collect and deliver 10 of each item.

   If you carry 1 Chivalry Emblem and 1 Hand of God while applying or collecting items, he accepts them instead and advances you to endurance training without submitting the random set. This works at Job Levels 40–49 and 50.

   Meet the Swordman Job Level 40 requirement and spend all Skill Points before applying, even though the emblem route can enter dialogue before the normal application check.

2. 02

   Complete the endurance walk without killing

   Equip Rosary (2608), speak to Murnak Mijoul and choose the Crusader test. He sends you to job_cru 98,40. Walk to the end at 98,105 without killing any monster.

   The route has Mandragora, Flora, Greatest General and Familiar. Do not kill them, even to clear a path. Killing returns you to prt_fild05 353,251 and requires another attempt.

   There is no individual five-minute completion limit. Monsters refresh on a shared room cycle. Reaching the end returns you to the castle and unlocks the exam.

3. 03

   Gabriel's exam rules

   Visit Gabriel Valentine in the church. One of three exams contains 10 questions worth 10 points each. Your first attempt requires at least 90 points.

   After failing, 80 points passes a later attempt. Retry with the same NPC until you pass. You do not repeat item collection or the endurance walk.

7. 07

   Enter the combat test

   Return to Bliant Piyord wearing Rosary and carrying 1 Holy Water. Choose to start; he consumes the Holy Water and sends you to the waiting room. Speak to Bliant Piyord there and join the Waiting Room chat to begin one at a time.

   Each round allows 4 minutes, returning you to the waiting room at 241 seconds. Walk upward along the route to trigger each monster group. Do not skip groups.

8. 08

   Clear four sections and return to the leader

   Start at job_cru 168,21. The first section near 168,45 has 6 Zombie; the second at 168,80 has 3 Soldier Skeleton; the third near 165,115 has 1 Archer Skeleton and 1 Mummy.

   The fourth section at 168,150 has 1 Ghoul named after the candidate. Defeat it to open the end at 168,180, then walk out to return to the castle.

   The instructions ask you to defeat every monster. The completion check requires at least 10 of the 11 monsters in the first three sections, while Ghoul opens the exit. Defeat all of them to finish without leaving any behind.

   Timeout returns you to the waiting room, where you can queue again. Requesting a new entry from Bliant Piyord at the castle consumes another Holy Water. After passing, return to Michael Halig, spend all Skill Points and change class.
