The class change is completed once. Insufficient points do not consume your mushrooms. Return to the garden through Mr. Irrelevant to gather more.

Step-by-step walkthrough
- 01
Register
Talk to Thief Guide, confirm you want to become a Thief, register and say you are ready for the test. With the required Basic Skill level, you receive the mushroom-garden assignment.

Enter the garden
Talk to Mr. Irrelevant in moc_ruins to enter at a random starting point. Gather mushrooms from Orange Mushroom and watch for the garden's guardian monsters.

Gather enough points
Orange Net Mushroom gives 3 points each and Orange Gooey Mushroom gives 1. Gather at least 25 points, then leave the garden and return to the guild.
- 04
Submit your items and change class
Talk to Comrade beside Thief Guide for evaluation. When you pass, all carried mushrooms of both types are taken, you become a Thief and receive Zeny.
Completion rewards
- Become a Thief.
- Zeny = 200 + 15 × Orange Net Mushrooms + 2 × Orange Gooey Mushrooms submitted.
