Before you start
- Easy Base 70 / Normal 85 / Hard 99
- Before joining, check the activity round, character level and remaining eligibility with the calendar and NPC. Schedules and conditions may change.
- Runs on days 15–21 of the month; Thursday–Friday 21:00–23:00 and Saturday–Sunday 18:00–20:00.
- A party is required. The leader creates the instance and each member enters individually. Instance duration: 60 minutes. Each character has a separate 24-hour cooldown for each mode.
- Raid chests share a limit of 2 reward sets per account per day across the six dungeons, The Other Dimension and Thanatos. The day changes at midnight server time. Each chest or round can be claimed once per account.
Create an instance free once per account per day per mode (VIP creation remains free). Successful entry starts a separate 24-hour character cooldown for each mode, reset with 100007 ×1. Raid chests share two daily reward sets per account. There is no weekly reset.

Step-by-step walkthrough

Check the schedule, choose a mode and form a party
Open on days 15–21 of the month, Thursday/Friday 21:00–23:00 and Saturday/Sunday 18:00–20:00 server time. Before joining, check the calendar and NPC for the current schedule, character level and remaining eligibility. Schedules and conditions may change.
Visit the Adventurer Hub’s Missions and Dungeons room and speak to Glacial Frost at prt_in02 117,168. Choose Easy (Base 70), Normal (85) or Hard (99). Every member must meet the level and cooldown requirements of the selected mode.
A party is required: the leader creates the instance and members enter individually. The menu specifies neither a multiple-member minimum nor an activity-specific maximum. Choose your team size according to readiness and the game party limit.

Create the instance and have everyone enter
The leader chooses Create Dungeon for the desired mode. Creation is free once per account per mode each day. Later creations consume Frost Palace Reset Scroll (ID 100011) ×1 each. VIP creation remains free, but cooldowns and chest quotas still apply.
When the instance is ready, the leader and members choose Enter Dungeon for the same mode. The instance lasts up to 60 minutes. Successful entry starts a separate 24-hour character cooldown for Easy/Normal/Hard.
A failed creation returns the creation-cost item. If on cooldown, the reset menu consumes Universal Dungeon Reset Scroll (ID 100007) ×1 per reset. It neither clears raid eligibility limits nor creates a replacement instance.
- Finish preparation before entering. If you leave while the cooldown is active, re-entry to the same instance may be refused.

Clear monsters in all three areas
The guardian NPC offers Lore, Objective and Relics menus for an overview. Then clear monsters ID 30025, 30026, 30028 in icecastle_e / icecastle_n / icecastle_h.
The three groups spawn around 61,127 → 91,159 → 196,158, scattered within ±3 cells. Each area contains all three types in ID order: Easy: 5+10+15 per area, total 90. Normal: 10+20+30 per area, total 180. Hard: 25+30+35 per area, total 270. Clear every monster in the instance to unlock the boss, rather than clearing only one area.
- These monsters spawn with generic names. Check instance announcements for the remaining count.
- 04
Survive the hazards and defeat Madame Chiffon
After clearing all monsters, wait 3 seconds for the announcement and another 5 seconds for the boss. Madame Chiffon (ID 30064) spawns at 204,165.
Easy: one form, HP 360,000. Normal: two successive forms, HP 720,000 → 1,440,000. Hard: three forms, HP 360,000 → 720,000 → 1,440,000. Defeat every phase to win. Normal/Hard do not end after the first form.
The storm repeats after a 20-second wait and a 5-second warning, then lasts 10 seconds. Freeze lasts 10 seconds. Carry Frozen Rose (ID 749) ×1: the effect consumes 1 item to prevent the status and ATK/MATK reduction, but not HP/SP drain. Each pulse drains SP 500/700/1,000, with no storm HP drain (Easy/Normal/Hard). Drain occurs in 3 pulses about 3.333 seconds apart during the storm.
Without the protective item, base ATK and MATK are reduced to fixed values of 500/700/1,000 according to mode for 10 seconds. Plan for this weaker attack period and maintain recovery.
- The storm is an area hazard and can begin before the boss fight. No additional boss skills or drops are guaranteed.
- Storm HP drain leaves at least 1 HP, but monster attacks can still kill you.

Claim each account’s chest
After the final boss phase dies, wait about 2 seconds for Treasure Box and the exit to open. Each account claims its own chest. Reserve enough carrying capacity and inventory slots for the entire rolled reward set.
Raid chests share a limit of 2 reward sets per account per day across the six dungeons, The Other Dimension and Thanatos. The day changes at midnight server time. Each chest or round can be claimed once per account.
Every mode awards Glacial Frost Token (ID 100003) ×1 with a random quantity of 1–2. Easy rolls three additional pools independently: A 80%, one ID, quantity 1–2; B 40%, one ID, quantity 1–2; C 1%, one ID, quantity 1. Full pools appear in Preparation, and multiple pools can succeed together. Normal/Hard award only 1–2 base coins. The actual chance of all three additional pools is 0%, even if the detail menu shows other values. Check current NPC rewards before selecting a mode.
- Creating another instance or resetting a cooldown does not increase the account raid reward allowance.
- 06
Leave the instance or prepare another attempt
After claiming rewards, talk to the current mode’s Warp Portal and choose to leave for prt_in02 92,94. Instance expiry or returning to town does not clear the cooldown.
Secret Merchant offers one chest reset per instance: Easy 100 / Normal 200 / Hard 300 Cash Points. Before spending Cash, verify that the chest can actually be claimed again and that your account remains eligible. This reset may leave the chest unavailable for further claims.
Teleport, Memo, vending and ground-item pickup are disabled here. Claim rewards from the victory chest. After defeat or a time limit, another attempt must satisfy the same cooldown and entry costs and remain within the event schedule.
- No fixed quest-completion EXP or Zeny reward is specified. Lore text is not a guaranteed drop list.
Completion rewards
- Glacial Frost Token (ID 100003) ×1, random quantity 1–2 in every mode.
- Easy adds pools A 80%, B 40%, C 1%, with full pools listed above. Normal/Hard additional rewards have a 0% chance; only base coins are awarded.
- There is no fixed completion EXP/Zeny. Monster drops or EXP are separate from chest rewards.
